You are required to provide complete, valid, correct and up-to-date information in your application. Failure to do so will render your application invalid.

We cannot acknowledge receipt of applications.

There is no restriction on the number of times you may apply to participate in the programme.

Applications completed and/or received after the closing date and time for receipt of applications, or which are incorrect, false, misleading, incomplete, incomprehensible, incorrectly addressed, lost in transit, or not received are void and will not be considered. Any information and data which is provided by you when you apply to participate in the programme will be held and used by us and our sub-contractors in order to administer your application in accordance with our privacy policy at www.rdfmedia.com/privacy

Applying to participate in the programme signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  2. Selection process

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to contact any applicant on the phone number and/or email address as indicated in their online application form for participation in a future episode of the programme. We do not guarantee that all applicants will be considered and/or contacted. If they cannot be contacted, or they are not eligible and/or do not comply with any of these terms and conditions, then we and/or the producer of the programme reserves the right to select the next eligible applicant.

Successful applicants will be contacted by 30 June 2009.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that they are available to attend the specified location at the times as specified to participate in the programme. It is the responsibility of the applicant to make their own way to the specified location, unless otherwise stated.

If selected to participate in the programme, you agree to be available to attend at an address to be provided, and to appear on the programme on the agreed date and time in our discretion. You may be required to bring proof of age and eligibility. It is the responsibility of an applicant to comply with any directions and/or instructions given to them, including, without limitation, in regard to conformity with the Ofcom Broadcasting Code, health and safety instructions and all relevant laws, rules and regulations. Failure to provide valid and current proof of age and/or eligibility or to comply with any directions or regulations will result in that applicant no longer being permitted to participate further in the programme.

Selected applicants must agree to be filmed for the programme and will be required to sign a release form for their contribution. Failure to agree to being filmed as specified will result in that applicant not being able to participate further and forfeiture of all rights as a participant in the programme. The decision of the producer of the programme is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

We do not represent, undertake or warrant that we will produce the programme which may or may not include an applicant’s participation.

The producer of the programme is not liable to refund any costs or expenses incurred in applying to participate in the programme, or in participating in the programme, including but not limited to the cost of any calls made, internet access fees, travelling expenses, transportation, accommodation, meals, drinks, insurance, taxes and costs unless otherwise provided for in the release form.

  3. General rules

The producer of the programme and their sub-contractors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any telephone network or line, system, server, software provider or otherwise which may result in any applications not being properly received or recorded.

We cannot promise that the system and/or service will be free from errors or omissions nor that it will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. The system and/or service may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable to you or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the system and/or service is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
